Step 4. Annealing Process

Advanced multi-line copper coating machines apply a uniform copper layer to enhance conductivity, corrosion resistance, and welding performance.
Step 6. Wire Straightening, Cutting & Embossing
TIG welding wires are precisely straightened, cut to required lengths, and embossed for identification and quality assurance
Step 7. Layer Winding & Drum Packing
MIG, SAW, and FCAW wires are wound using high-speed layer winding machines and packed to ensure smooth wire feeding and handling.
Step 8. Quality Testing & Inspection
Comprehensive chemical, mechanical, dimensional, and weld performance tests are conducted in our in-house laboratory.
Step 9. Packaging & Dispatch
Finished products are securely packaged and prepared for timely delivery to domestic and international customers.
Step 10. Final Quality Assurance
Every batch undergoes final inspection to ensure compliance with national and international quality standards before shipment.
