STRONG EH12K is a high-manganese copper coated wire for submerged arc welding of unalloyed and low alloyed fine grain steel of medium & high strength. It is classified as a SAW wire with balanced Manganese and Silicon to enhance impact properties on welds that require high deposition rates in both the as-welded and postwelded heattreated conditions. This SAW wire can be used in shipbuilding, structural steel construction and in the fabrication of boilers and containers.
