Shipping Destinations

StrongWire ships to locations within India. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-12 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by visiting the carrier’s website and entering the tracking number provided.

Shipping Carriers

We use reliable carriers such as:

  • PROFESSIONAL COURIER
  • VRL
  • V-TRANS
  • TCI-EXPRESS, ETC.

The carrier will be chosen based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@strongwire.in.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: StrongWire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@strongwire.in with your order number and photos of the damage.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting us at info@strongwire.in. After this time frame, we cannot guarantee the cancellation or modification of your order as it may have already been processed.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery confirmation will be obtained upon delivery of your order. This confirmation will be used as proof of delivery for any inquiries regarding non-receipt of goods.
